Limited Lifetime Warranty
Whether in the wild or as part of our everyday carry, we use the products we create and stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our work. If there’s an issue with your product, reach out, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Swiss Tech proudly offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all the products we make. This warranty assures our customers that our products are free from manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of each product’s reasonable lifespan under normal use. The reasonable lifetime of a product may vary based on factors such as design, materials, and purpose.
However, please note that this warranty does not cover instances of loss, theft, or damages resulting from misuse, abuse, alterations, accidents, neglect, improper sharpening, improper maintenance, returned/used retail items missing components, or the natural course of wear and tear. Any use of our products outside their intended purpose is considered misuse and falls outside the scope of warranty coverage. Warranty coverage is non-transferable and available only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from an authorized dealer. We commit to carefully evaluating each warranty claim and ensuring coverage for eligible products under these policy guidelines.
As with most products, proper maintenance and care will extend the functional lifespan of our products and ensure they remain safe and reliable tools for years to come.
Limited Edition / Limited Release / Discontinued Products:
Limited Edition products are produced as a single, exclusive run and will not be reproduced once the initial run has sold out. Limited Release products may be considered for future production runs, though additional releases are not guaranteed.
Due to their unique, limited production quantities, Limited Edition and Limited Release items cannot be directly replaced once the original run has sold out. If a warranty claim is approved according to the requirements outlined above, we will substitute the limited edition/limited release item with an item of comparable retail value. Qualifying warranty claims for discontinued products will be handled in the same manner.
